Northfields W.A. Pty Ltd

Northfields W.A. has expanded it's operation to Perth, and wanted to show to prospective clients, it is a growing and expanding company.

Northfields clientele are mainly in the Mining, Construction and Industrial sectors and therefore needed to target high end, professional businesses. Therefore, a professional, clean and uncluttered style was chosen.

A number of flash Photo Galleries have been used to show Northfields previous projects, highlighting the extent and capability of their work. Written Testimonials of clients have also been used, throughout the site.

Southwest Artificial Lawn decided to use Pages n Pages after they read the Testimonials, from our previous clients:-)

After our first and only face-to-face meeting, Jason and I discussed other ideas and layout, just by e-mail and over the phone.

Two draft copies of web sites were submitted to Southwest Artificial at first, then a third. They went with the third draft because it had aspects of the first two.

Jason supplied all the photos and most of the text. All the artwork was supplied by PnP, and after Jason checked and approved it, it was used in the site.

A useful tool used on the web site, is a Call Me Back form. Viewers can simply leave their name and phone number, so Jason can call them back.

We also arranged the Domain Name registration and Hosting for Southwest Artificial.

Contill Labradors

All communication with our client was by e-mail and telephone. The client could follow how their web site was progressing by "Loging In" on Pages n Pages website to view the changes, in a Client Only area.

This allowed our client to give feedback on aspects of the design and content and makes for greater collaboration between us and the client.

Our client e-mailed their photos to Pages n Pages and after a little processing, were used on their site.

The whole site has a soft feel in keeping with the product; little puppies. When new puppies arrive, the photos are e-mailed to us and are posted on the web site.

The client and I have have great comments about this web site.

Pages n Pages registered the Domain Name and set up the hosting for the web site.

Safety and Emergency Training Services

S.E.T.S.

SETS needed a web site to promote their diverse and specialized safety and emergency training company. A whole page was devoted to this to fully explain their services, as well as photo galleries of SETS on the job.

SETS also required a web site to show case their extensive range (Over 1,000) of medical, fire fighting and safety products. This was accomplished through the use of downloadable brochures, thereby giving the advantage to clients to print the documents they are interested in.

Added to this, SETS also supply plant and equipment for lease or hire. An Index Page with photo's of the equipment and Links to a dedicated equipment page with full details and plenty of photos was created for each.

A Logo was also required.

SETS and Pages n Pages worked together to produce a logo that was both clear and bold. It also needed to be suitable to be incorporated onto their uniforms.

Domain Name registration and Web Site hosting was also set up for SETS.

Battery Wholesalers

With two locations, Rockingham and Mandurah, Battery Wholesalers wanted to show clearly where they are in each area. A Zoom In and Zoom Out map of each shop location was incorporated into their web site. Shopfront photos are also displayed on the Home page.

As you might imagine, Battery Wholesalers have a huge range of batteries and accessories, and needed to show customers the range they have in stock. Firstly, a page for each category was set up with product photos and description on each page. Also, Links to all other Categories are on every page for quick and easy navigation.

Battery Wholesalers have radio advertising and we were asked if we could place this into their web site. No problem. Their Audio Advert was incorporated and plays when their Home Page loads on the viewers computer.

Vendasnack supply Honesty Boxes and Vending Machines to businesses around Western Australia. They asked us for a website that was professional and also eye catching.

Gray and white was used for the overall background and bright primary colours used for impact. For "First Impression" effect, a Photo Flash Slideshow greets the viewer on the Home Page. Audio was also included on the main menu buttons, in the form of a coin being inserted into a slot machine and Animation draws attention to Vendasnacks phone number.

Bright 3D Splash Boxes are use to quickly identify available products and to Link to more detailed pages with Photo Gallery's.

The ability to download a list of available Drinks and Snacks was created for existing clients to order their preferred snacks.

Also, two Forms were used. A general Contact Form and a Order/Inquiry Form to gather extra information.

Civil Hirings Pty Ltd

Civil Hirings are a earthmoving equipment, hire company, and wanted to target construction companies and the private sector. They already had a Domain Name and a Hosting account set up.

Only four pages were used to get their message across;
- That they were a family business
- To display their hire equipment
- The services they provide
- and their location

One page was use to display all of their hire equipment, rather than switching to different pages for certain equipment. The Header on the home page rotates photos of equipment, and thumb nail photos along the bottom are used to display equipment in action.

Services Offered, Resent Projects and Areas of Operation using a map are all displayed on the Services Page, to utilise space economically.

An interactive Google map on the Contact Page is used to help with location of their premises, and the ability to download documents like a Credit Application and Contractor details also help with this compact web site.

Smartek Minesite Auto Electrics

Smartek needed a web site to target a particular clientele. Mining and Construction.

They also wanted a web site to be a little different than the other sites that were in the same field as they were.

After consaltation and many e-mails back and forth, a design was chosen for it's bright colours, and 3D look, yet still retain a professional look and feel.

Smartek's three core services were displayed on the Home Page, for quick information about what services they offer, as well as License and accreditation logos.

Other additions are Product News and Resent Project boxes, an Employment Form and a Secure Area for Smartek empoyees, for their technical data.

On the Services page, all Smartek services are in a list format with a description, to convey information to the viewer quickly and precisely.
